These terms govern your use of the MicDrop mobile app and the supporting services ("MicDrop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
You keep ownership of everything you post — the sings you log, notes, comments, avatars and Moments clips. You grant us only the licence needed to store your content and display it back to you and to the people you have chosen to share it with. You are responsible for having the right to post what you post.
Content can be reported in-app from the ··· menu on any post or profile. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
When you join a live show in MicDrop, you can rate performances you saw at that show and add a short note for the singer. The singer sees your note but not your name. We can see who wrote every rating and note, and we use that to deal with reports and misuse.
Be kind. Don't use ratings, notes or song request notes to bully, harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, and don't include swearing (in notes to singers), sexual content, hate speech, links, social media handles or contact details. Don't rate shows you weren't at, and don't use extra accounts or ask friends to push someone's score up or down.
We may remove any rating or note, stop you from sending notes, or suspend your account if you break these rules. Singers can hide or report any note and block the person who wrote it.
Don't use messages to harass, threaten, scam or send sexual content to anyone, and don't share links, social media handles or contact details with someone who hasn't accepted your message request. We may remove messages, stop you from starting new chats, or suspend your account if you break these rules. Anyone can block, mute or report a chat.
MicDrop is free to use. VIP Passport is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every profile frame, theme and flair, unlimited Moments, a VIP badge, and advanced vocal-progress insights.
Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by region.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple's policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Your licence to use the MicDrop iOS app is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may add, change or remove features, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, to the extent the law allows. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
You may stop using MicDrop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. An active subscription is not refunded on termination for a breach of these terms.
