Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MicDrop mobile app and the supporting services ("MicDrop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be 13 or older to use MicDrop.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. See how deletion works.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post — the sings you log, notes, comments, avatars and Moments clips. You grant us only the licence needed to store your content and display it back to you and to the people you have chosen to share it with. You are responsible for having the right to post what you post.

3. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that is sexually explicit or promotes self-harm.
No impersonation, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service.
No uploading recordings you do not have the right to share.

Content can be reported in-app from the ··· menu on any post or profile. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. MicDrop VIP Passport (auto-renewing subscription)

MicDrop is free to use. VIP Passport is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every profile frame, theme and flair, unlimited Moments, a VIP badge, and advanced vocal-progress insights.

Prices are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase and may vary by region.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if one is offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are governed by Apple's policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

5. Licensed application end user licence agreement

Your licence to use the MicDrop iOS app is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, to the extent the law allows. If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.

7. Termination

You may stop using MicDrop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. An active subscription is not refunded on termination for a breach of these terms.
